Danny Guggenheim is an attorney specializing in commercial real estate transactions, and teaches a course on real estate joint ventures at USC Law School. He grew up in West LA, and studied International Affairs as an undergraduate at Columbia University before returning home to attend law school at USC, where he and his wife (a Bruin!) were in the same class. They have lived in Santa Monica since 2006 and have two children in SMMUSD, at Grant and at JAMS. They enjoy giving their time and support to their local schools and are grateful to be in this special community that revolves around neighborhood schools providing excellent education and opportunity to everyone.
