Car Donation, Book Drive & Shopping for Students
Donate Your Car, Boat, RV or Motorcycle to support students!
The Ed Foundation has partnered with CARS (Charitable Adult Rides & Services) to allow you to donate your vehicle to help fund programs for students.
Donating a vehicle is easy, tax-deductible, and avoids the hassles of selling or the costs of repairing altogether.
CARS guides donors throughout the entire donation process and provides a free and convenient pick-up. CARS is the largest nonprofit vehicle donation provider and a trusted partner to over 3,500 other nonprofits in North America.

American Book Drive
Donate used books, CDs and DVDs to support your your school library!
American Book Drive bins have been set up at most schools. Donate your used books, CDs and DVDs and tell your neighbors and friends about it, too! American Book Drive finds new homes for your donations and a percentage of the proceeds goes to the Ed Foundation in support of our libraries. Make room on your shelves and support our libraries!
American Book Drive (ABD) salvages tens of thousands of books from going unused or dumped into landfills every year. Instead, donated books are resold through 20 online marketplaces, at festivals and book fairs. ABD’s streamlined process of collecting, sorting and reselling books allows the company to raise the most money for its non-profit partners. ABD’s objective is to provide communities with an easy, green alternative to donating their used books, while supporting worthy causes. American Book Drive accepts all books, CDs and DVDs, with the exception of encyclopedia sets.
If you have 200 or more items, you can schedule a home pick-up with ABD (click here to schedule).
